2009 VIC BUSHFIRE SHC-SA FUNDRAISING & DONATIONS

Show Horse Council SA ran a fundraising Hack show in June 2009 and raised over $500 which was donated to bushfire victims and horse owners affected by the fire via the Victorian Horse Welfare Group "Project Hope".

We also took donations of second hand items that were shipped to affected areas. SHC SA also made our own donation of a semi trailer full of chaff to the regions in Victoria affected by fire and needing livestock supplies.

We thank our members for their support and generousity.

2011 QLD FLOOD SHC-SA FUNDRAISING & DONATIONS

SHC SA once again was proactive in getting people on board to support the Flood victims in QLD.

We had $150 cash that was donated to the Premier Flood Appeal and many other material donations for people and animals affected by the flood that were dropped off at our SHC SA Show at Pegasus PC Grounds at Golden Grove.

We are astounded by how supportive our members are at getting on board to support others in their time of need - thank you!
